Of course we have to ask: how and why did you start working with COLT?

For years I have admired the photography and the images of the classic COLT Man.  To me, it was less pornographic and more of a very artistic celebration of the iconic, masculine, muscular physique, but at the same time it edges towards erotic.  I aspired to the look but to me these men were untouchable and I never considered myself in that class of men.  Eventually I entertained the idea, just to see if I could do it. Then the stars aligned; I was in a solid well established place in my life and things fell into place. I made a carefully calculated decision with my partner and here we are. I have actually made it.  It's sort of unbelievable when I look back.

 

You've made some scorching hot scenes. Is there anything you won't do on camera? 

For the most part I am guided by being respectful to others and to myself, and my relationship, and being safe. Aside from that I am not really into fetishes of any sort and I lean more towards just the simply iconic, masculine, muscular work that is more about the physique.

Who was your best scene partner and what made them so good to work with?

I cannot pick a single best.  A few standout well above the rest for different reasons.  To me each of them are physically masculine and muscular which is a good start. I am partial to Samuel Colt because we are the closest outside of the studios, and I loved working with him for so many reasons.  COLT Man Mitch Branson has a personality that is very much like myself so we clicked well, and COLT Man Gage Weston and I had an intense chemistry in front of the camera that was hypnotic.

 

You've said in the past that porn was not your full time gig. What do you do for a living?

I am a white collar professional, and work in the corporate world where I wear jackets and ties to work on a regular basis.

 

 

On NateKarlton.com, you are very open to answering questions from your fans.  What is the strangest thing you've been asked?

When people ask me questions that prove they don’t follow me very well, sometimes I correct them in the answer in a humorous way..  Here is one of my favorites: Q: "Are you married? if so what does your wife think of what you do?" A: Sort of... and HE kinda likes it! He's dirty like that!

 

Porn is not always a bed of roses. Do you have any unpleasant or embarrassing experiences you'd like to tell us about?

I don’t get embarrassed very easily.  I am confident, yet humble, and can laugh at myself comfortably.  The worst experience I had was at an appearance in Aruba at the Zeus Club.  I was doing it with one of the all-time best COLT Men – COLT Man Karim.  I was psyched to meet him, appear with him, and get to know him.  Karim was awesome; unfortunately the promoter was the worst host ever.  He was rude, manipulative, untrustworthy, and made the entire trip so tense, awkward, and threatening that I changed my return flight and came home early.

 

 

You share your life with your partner Thom Karlton ... what is it that attracted you to him?

The same things that attract me to him now.  We come from similar backgrounds, so we have similar values at the core.  At the same time we think very differently.  While we enjoy the same things, each excel in very different areas.  On many levels its a classic case of opposite attract.  He is loving, caring, and we both believe strongly that we want to spend the rest of our lives with each other. In addition, we click in bed better than anyone.  We know what we like and feed off each other.  Physically his shoulders, triceps and pecs are nice and thick and he has a big cock.

 

If we asked him, what do you think he'd say is your most annoying habit?

That is easy. Sometimes I like to sleep in a bed that is a nest of blankets and pillows.  Thom likes a bed freshly made with sheets laying tight on the bottom and the top sheet laying like it had just floated down from the ceiling.

 

In five years, where will COLT Man Nate Karlton be in his life?

I can tell you this for sure, Thom and I will be moved to either the east coast or west coast.  Life is filled with opportunities that are presented to us. Often these opportunities evolve into chapters.  Each experience in life can lead us to new opportunities.  In the next five years I will continue to be focused on my career, family, friends and hobbies.
